I have also been licensed with the Office of Real Estate Appraisers and spent the first few years of my career in the Appraisal side of the industry honing my valuation skills. I work closely with the investor community & have extensive experience with Trustee sales, Private Auction's & The Short sale process. I have built strong relationships and work diligently to represent both seller's & buyers during the Real Estate transaction. Proper valuation is a strength I possess which translates well when both listing a property at the proper price level & when negotiating as a buyer representative. I also have experience in the Construction field which aids me in the assessment of repair needs & cost during the evaluation process and also identifying opportunity for investors.
